- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
- Between 48 hours and 24 hours before, we refund 50%.
- With less than 24 hours notice, there is no refund.
- If the operator cancels, the amount paid is refunded.

Booking terms
Booking terms of Velas del Sur. The booking is confirmed when it is paid. Trips may be suspended because of bad weather or by decision of the harbour authority; in that case the full amount is refunded or the date is changed. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Customers must follow the crew instructions at all times.
Privacy policy
We process your contact and booking data only to manage your trip and send you the information you need. We do not share them with third parties unless the law requires it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete them by writing to reservas@velas-del-sur.example.invalid.
